I know you’re exhausted, sleep-deprived, and feeling trapped in your house, wondering how to get through this phase in your life…so I’m not going to waste your precious time.

Being a new mom is wonderful…but…it is also challenging, overwhelming, and nerve-wracking. Right?

I absolutely understand where you are right now. I get it. I absolutely do.

Your days are filled with the constant need to learn on how to take care of your baby, learning to understand your baby’s cues, learning to create a daily routine…all while spending the day in yoga pants and trying to find time to fit in a quick shower, making sure you get something to eat, and answering quick a text message or email, if any.

Is this an accurate description of your days? See…I told you that I get it.

In the midst of all this newness, you have many questions. This is where I come in.

Over the past twelve years, I have worked with hundreds of new moms and I facilitate a group with another 500+ new moms, who ask things like…

  • My baby will only sleep in my arms, how can I change that?
  • I feel so sad and depressed, is that normal?
  • Can you suggest a great day-time routine for my baby?
  • What bottles do you recommend?
  • When will I have time to do things for myself again?
  • How often should I bathe my baby?
  • My baby wakes up several times at night. I am exhausted. Can you help?
  • How can I tell my in-laws to not interrupt my baby’s sleep?
  • Can you suggest any home remedies for teething?
  • How can I help manage my baby’s reflux?

These are questions, and so many more, that I hear from new moms on a daily basis; questions you may not immediately call the Pediatrician for…yet are nonetheless, extremely important questions.

As a Newborn Care Specialist & New Mom Coach, I recognize society’s general lack of support, and lack of understanding, towards postpartum moms. I have always been concerned, that not every new mom receives the support and guidance during her postpartum recovery while learning to become confident in newborn care.

For this exact reason, I created a monthly membership. A safe, caring, and non-judgmental place, and web-venue to ask questions, find answers, receive guidance, feel supported, and to connect with other postpartum moms. You will absolutely not encounter any mom-shaming here!

Here’s What’s Included in Your Monthly Membership

Samantha, Long Beach, CA

My friend described Alexandra as a hero/angel, and she is exactly both! My son did not know what sleep was before Alexandra came into our lives. I contacted her as a desperate near-zombie who had just gone back to work while my four-month old was still waking up every 1.5 hours at night. Alexandra’s technique allowed my son to start building self-soothing skills immediately, and helped me feel okay building my skills of stepping back a little. I owe Alexandra a million dollars. She is an absolute miracle worker, and I would recommend her to every new parent if I could!

As a first time mom to say I was lost and overwhelmed is an understatement. Alexandra created a safe place to talk about things I’d otherwise be afraid of, or embarrassed to ask other people I didn’t know. I love that we’re able to get advise from experts as well as other Mamas who have had similar issues or experiences. A million thank you’s for creating this group.
